This website is a collaboration between Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire local authorities, Hywel Dda University Health Board and third sector partners. It was first published in 2023 and was updated in Spring 2026.

The strategy sets out how we intend to provide better integrated, more effective, and more efficient Maternity and Early Years services for thousands of families in West Wales.

It is designed to be:
