This website is a collaboration between Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire county councils, with Hywel Dda University Health Board.

It sets out how we intend to provide better integrated, more effective, and more efficient Maternity and Early Years services for thousands of families in west Wales.

This strategy is designed to be:

  • responsive to real needs of families and service professionals
  • actionable and measureable
  • easy to read

In these pages, you’ll find the outcomes we’re seeking, what we’ve learned from research, and our strategy in detail.
